• Do you ship worldwide?

  Absolutely.

  All international orders are shipped via USPS. International shipping is additional and will be invoiced after your purchase via PayPal. Before purchasing, please contact me for a shipping quote at ia@izabelajoyart.com or fill out the “Contact form” with your address and the artwork you are interested in. At checkout you will need to select the delivery option that best fits your desired artwork. If you would like to purchase more than one item, please select the shipping option that fits the largest item in the order. After your purchase, you will receive an invoice for the rest of the delivery cost for international shipping. You will be able to see the full amount and the credit you received after paying the cost of the selected delivery option at the moment of purchase.

• Shipping Cost

  Shipping cost within US is calculated at checkout. Please select one of the following options: “Small Original Painting”, “Large Original Painting” or “Fine Art Print” depending on the artwork you would like to purchase. If you would like to purchase multiple items, please select the shipping option that fits the largest item in the order.

• Shipping Times

  Fine art print orders take up to 14 business days to be processed and sent out for delivery.

  Originals ship within 5-7 business days.

  Once an item has shipped, the customer can expect to receive an email with tracking information.

• Can I commission a custom piece?

  Commissions are always exciting and I love to collaborate with my collectors to create a one-of-a-kind painting that brings JOY and happiness to their homes and hearts. We begin by determining the concept and the size of the painting. After we decide all the details, I paint a small sketch to work out the general composition and idea of the painting. Once you approve the sketch, I complete the final piece. Commissions might take up to 6 weeks to be completed. All commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  If you have any inquiries or questions about a commissioned painting, please fill out the contact form. Expect to receive an email to discuss your project in detail within 3 business days.

• Will I get a Certificate Of Authenticity?

  All original pieces arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity.

  They are printed on a beautiful, smooth cotton rag paper with pigmented inks designed to last a lifetime. It will be hand signed, dated and will arrive with a special “Thank you!” card inside.
